How do I register my child for a program?
Registration is completed through each individual schoo/parish/organization.
What grade levels does the GWAC offer?
Volleyball & Basketball: Grades 3–12
Softball: Pre-K through 8th Grade
Who schedules the games?
The GWAC Scheduling Committee is responsible for creating schedules. This is a collaborative process involving draft reviews and input from your parish Sports Coordinators before the final schedule is released to the public.
Are volunteers or coaches needed?
Our programs rely on volunteer coaches and helpers. If you’re interested in volunteering, you can indicate your interest during registration or contact us directly.
How will I receive updates and announcements?
All updates are sent via email and posted on the website. Please ensure your contact information is accurate so you don’t miss important communications.
Are games played on holidays?
Holiday schedules vary by program. Any planned games or breaks will be communicated in advance.
What is the organization's code of conduct?
All participants, parents, and spectators are expected to follow our code of conduct to ensure a safe and positive environment for everyone.
